How to Buy Dogecoin (DOGE)

Step 1 – Signup to Kraken

In the beginning you'll need to buy one of the major currencies. Exchanges usually accept either Ethereum (ETH) or Bitcoin (BTC) in exchange for alternative Coins. Follow the Link below for registration and getting Bitcoin or Ethereum.

Step 2 – Send Your Ethereum or Bitcoin to an Crypto Trader

Your ETH (Ethereum) or BTC (Bitcoin) has to be sent over to an Exchange now. Every exchange has a deposit form that is identical. Dogecoin (DOGE) is available on Binance, so we're going to use that as an example. Not sure on how to send Coinbase funds to an Exchange? (Just follow these easy steps)

Make sure you've selected the right coin you would like to deposit.

Step 3 – Locate Dogecoin (DOGE)

Once your deposit has been affirmed, you will directly have access to your funds and you can initiate buying and trading. To purchase Dogecoin (DOGE) on Binance, you will want to go to the tab which is called “Exchange” and after that mouse click on “Basic”.

Step 4 – Acquisition of Dogecoin (DOGE)

After you have discovered Dogecoin (DOGE), you'll be given a Price Chart (in the Center of the picture) and a few Order Books (on the Left of the picture). Next we are going to make our own Limit Order.

The ”Price” field will be automatically filled with the most recent tariff Dogecoin (DOGE) was traded for. This can be changed to your preferred price. The ”Amount” field is the volumen of DOGE you wish to buy. The ”Total” field is the total price in BTC that you'll pay for the complete quantity of DOGE.

If you're glad, click on “Buy DOGE”. Your plan will be filled as soon as a Seller trades their DOGE for the price you submitted.

Step 5 – Withdraw Dogecoin (DOGE)

Unless you're frequently trading, best advise is not to keep coins on an Exchange for an longer time period. To withdraw your Dogecoin (DOGE), go to the ”Funds” tab and click on “Withdraw”. Dogecoin (DOGE) can be safely stored using a Wallet, for example MyEtherWallet. (MyEtherWallet Setup Guide)

Find Dogecoin (DOGE) by using the provided drop-down box. Enter the amount of Dogecoin (DOGE) you'd wish to take off. Don't forget the displayed fees/minimums. Also make sure you have entered your right withdraw address.

If you are glad, make a mouse click on “Submit”. You may be requested for verfication via phone/email before a withdrawal.
